"Nice at first, but shrunk in the wash"
I liked the look and feel of it when it arrived, and it seemed like a solid piece. Unfortunately, after just one gentle wash, it shrunk more than I expected, so it didn’t really hold up as well as I’d hoped.

The hat is nice enough and it looks good on, especially the stitching around the front, but for the price I expected a little more. It’s not bad at all, just didn’t feel like the best value once I had it in hand.

"Packaging was kind of a joke"
My hat showed up stuffed in this sad little thin mailer with basically no protection at all. The box was crushed, the brim was bent, and it looked messed up before I even got to wear it.
I know shipping can be rough, but come on, this was a weak attempt at packaging a hat. Kind of ridiculous to pay for something and have it arrive looking like it lost a fight in transit.

I really like the whole charity angle, it feels good knowing there’s a bigger purpose behind it. At the same time, I kept thinking, okay, but where exactly is everything going and how does it all work? I just wish there was a bit more clear info upfront so I didn’t have to wonder.

"I ordered a hat, and the tracking..."
I ordered a hat, and the tracking was the most frustrating part. After I paid, the updates just kind of froze in one spot for days, which made me start wondering if it had even shipped or if I was just being left hanging.
It did finally show up, just later than I expected. The hat itself is fine, but the whole shipping situation made me feel a little uneasy about the order. I’m not sure I’d trust ordering again

The hat looks good overall, but it feels a bit loose on me. It stays on fine when I’m just wearing it indoors, but when I’ve walked around outside, it didn’t feel super secure. Could just be my head shape or size, though, I haven’t tried it in a ton of different situations

I really liked the way the hat looked when I got it, but after just a few weeks the seams started coming loose. I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by something that looks good online but doesn’t hold up, and unfortunately that’s kind of how this felt

I’ve been dealing with some hair loss, i just wanted something that wouldn’t make it super obvious. This hat covers the thinner spots really well, and it’s comfortable enough that I can wear it every day without thinking about it. I know some people might say it’s “just a hat,” but for me it genuinely helped me feel less self-conscious. I’m happy with it, and it took a bit of that constant worry off my mind.

I reached out because I really needed some support, but the response I got felt cold and dismissive. It was so short and generic that it felt like nobody had actually read what I wrote. I was hoping for a little more care or understanding, but I ended up feeling even more upset than before.

I’ll say this first: it looks nice enough and the fit was pretty much what I expected, so I really wanted to like it. I bought it thinking it would feel soft and cozy on my head.
Unfortunately, the fabric felt rough and a little scratchy after wearing it for a short time, and I ended up wanting to take it off. It might be fine for someone less sensitive to texture, but for me it wasn’t very comfortable, though I do still think the style itself is cute.

I had to swap my hat because I totally picked the wrong size!!! The return steps were clear and easy to follow, and they got back to me within a couple days!!! The new one showed up just fine and fits way better!!! Only giving 4 stars because the shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for!!!

"Scratchy Little Hat, Not for Me"
I really wanted to like this hat, but it was kind of a letdown. After wearing it for just a little while, it started feeling scratchy on my scalp, like it couldn’t even manage the basic job of being comfortable. My scalp got irritated, and I kept having to adjust it over and over. Annoying. Definitely not something I’d reach for again.

"Good hat, but the service felt a little rushed"
I ordered from hatsforhealing.com a while back, and from what I remember, the hat itself was fine. Nothing really wrong with it. I did have a question and customer service got back to me and helped sort it out, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just remember feeling like the reply was kind of quick and not very warm, especially since the order was a bit personal for me. Overall it was okay, but I wish the communication had felt a little more caring.

"Ordering was more frustrating than it should've been"
I was just trying to order a simple hat, but the whole process ended up being frustrating. The pages were loading slowly, and the checkout felt more confusing than it needed to be. I even had to redo parts of the order twice, which got old fast. By the end, I was just annoyed and disappointed because it should’ve been such an easy purchase
